Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By accessing this website and/or purchasing goods from us, you agree to be bound these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register/purchase from us.If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website. These terms do not replace or affect your statutory rights.

In these terms, “you” and “your” refer to the customer and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sikhi Creations. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this will include e-mail unless we say otherwise.

1. INTRODUCTION
   1. You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. However, certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
   2. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2. ORDERING FROM US
   1. You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an automated order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Payment in full is taken at time of order.
   2. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order.
   3. We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
   4. You accept that orders can take 2-4 weeks to dispatch at busy times.
   5. You accept responsibility for our timescales and will request our acceptance of urgent orders and there for immediate dispatch prior to purchase.
   6. You accept that on occasion your personalisation details may need to be amended/altered on the front of our products to best compliment the design.
   7. You will take full responsibility for any personalised proofs you approve and any reprints required will be charged at an additional cost.
3. PRICING
   1. Where we charge separately for packing, delivery, insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
   2. Our prices are reviewed regularly and the Website is updated accordingly.
   3. Sale prices will be indicated on each product online and in the shopping cart when applicable. Promo codes are not available to use during sale periods. If you’re applying a promo code, please enter this in the appropriate section during checkout. Discounted prices will be live for a limited time only as specified online.  Only one promo code can be used at a time.
4. PRICES
   The price payable for the products you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
   At Sikhi Creations we aim to exceed your expectations. We carefully select and produce our products to the highest quality and describe our products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If, however, you feel your product(s) do not meet the quality stated please notify us within 14 days and if a fault is agreed we will happily arrange a refund or exchange.
   1. 1. If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by using our contact form and emailing us on [email protected] referencing your order number before we have made and dispatched the product(s) to you; or (b) where product(s) have already been dispatched to you, by returning the product(s) to us in accordance with clause 5.2 below.
      2. You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your item(s) to request a return. We reserve the right not to accept item(s) back after this period.
      3. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will give you a full refund or an exchange credit as required.
      4. Please email us at [email protected] before returning your item(s) and we will explain the returns process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      5. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the perfect condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
      6. It is crucial that your order is packaged securely as postal staff may mishandle packages. If the item(s) arrives back to us damaged, we are unable to issue you a refund.
      7. The following items cannot be returned:

   • Personalised products
   • Perishable items
   • Digital downloads
   • Used items
   • Sale Items
   • Gift cards
   • Anything that is made to your specific requirements, is personalised, or otherwise cannot be sold due to the bespoke element.
   • Creative pieces that are specifically commissioned when you place an order
   • Personal items sold with hygiene seals, where the seal is broken.

   To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable before ordering. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

   1. Along with the returned item(s) please include your name, address and order number along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. We are keen to always improve our products and service(s); therefore, we kindly request a reason for return.
   2. In the case of an exchange please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order.
   3. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. All refunds are processed through the original method of payment used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
   4. Postage will not be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).
   5. We recommend you either obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office or send your item(s) by Recorded Delivery. The item(s) will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
   6. We do not offer a free returns service.
   7. We pack our products in secure packaging, however, on a very rare occasion postal staff can mishandle packages. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please notify both us and the courier service in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving your item(s). Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) along with a clear photo of the shipping label. We will then send a replacement of the same item(s). We do not provide refunds for damaged items. Please note: we will be unable to process your return without evidence provided.
   8. 15We regret that we cannot refund item(s) which are personalised, made to order or customised in any way unless they are faulty, as they are not resalable. We advise you to check all proofs and designs when they are sent to you for approval, especially personalised name posters as there are various forms of spellings and pronunciations. It is your responsibility to check and approve these if you are sent a proof copy prior to dispatching.
6. DELIVERY
   1. All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email
   2. Once your order has been processed and we have received payment, we will aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For personalised orders, if there is any missing information that has been requested, dispatch times may vary, dependant on how quickly the customer gets back to us to create their order.
   3. You will receive email notification when your order is dispatched, and you will then receive a further email with tracking details provided from our selected courier partner. Delivery rates are fixed and added to your basket during the checkout process.
   4. We do not include invoices or receipts in packaging to minimise paper waste. All customers will receive an electronic receipt via email.
   5. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery details. Unfortunately, we do not take liability for incorrect details provided by the customer. We will not be able to refund the order or send a replacement unless purchased again.
   6. Print only orders, magnets and keyrings within the UK are sent via 2nd class royal mail service. Timescales for this service are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
   7. All frame orders within the UK will be sent out by our specially selected courier partner. Timescales for this service are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
   8. International deliveries for print only options are sent via standard royal mail service which are not tracked. Timescales for this service are usually delivered within 6-7 working days. Framed orders are sent out by our specially selected courier partner. Prices and timescales provided upon request due to location.
   9. Please note that we are stating the estimated delivery times above and Sikhi Creations cannot be held accountable for any third-party delays and any disruptions which are beyond our control.
   10. Whilst we will do all we can to ensure your order arrives on time, our shipping times are a guide only. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for orders that arrive later than expected as we utilise third party carriers with whom we have no control over and, as with any kind of logistics, delays are common.
   11. We do not offer split shipping, all items will be sent together in the one parcel. If you require multiple products to be shipped as they become available then please contact us.
7. OUR PRODUCTS 
   1. The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the product(s). Your products may vary slightly from those images.
   2. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our Website may vary from the specification set out in the order.
   3. The packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on our Website.
8. REGISTRATION 
   1. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network
   2. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
   3. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms.
9. SERVICE ACCESS
   While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair or for reasons beyond our control.
10. VARIATION
    These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by an authorised person at Sikhi Creations.

All designs on this website, screenshots, mock-up’s and text are the property Sikhi Creations and must not be modified, reproduced, displayed, linked to, distributed or used otherwise for any public or commercial purpose without the written consent of Sikhi Creations. Our work and designs are protected under copyright.

The information available on this site, including design, text, images and the content within, is copyrighted and any unauthorised use of these materials may violate copyright, trademark or other laws.
