Shipping

Sikhi Creations provide customers with the most effective and efficient delivery service. Our priority is ensuring all your purchases arrive within the estimated timeframe and in perfect condition.

Order processing:

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and we have received payment, we will aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For personalised orders, if there is any missing information that has been requested, dispatch times may vary dependant on how quickly the customer gets back to us to create their order.

You will receive email notification when your order is dispatched, and you will then receive a further email directly from our specially selected courier partner with tracking details provided. Delivery rates are fixed and added to your basket during the checkout process.

We do not include invoices or receipts in packaging to minimise paper waste. All customers will receive an electronic receipt via email.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery details. Unfortunately, we do not take liability for incorrect details provided by the customer. We will not be able to refund the order or send a replacement unless purchased again.

Delivery:

We deliver worldwide.

Print only orders, magnets and keyrings within the UK are sent via 2nd class royal mail service. Timescales for this service are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

All frame orders within the UK will be sent out by our specially selected courier partner. Timescales for this service are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

International deliveries for print only options are sent via standard royal mail service which are not tracked. Timescales for this service are usually delivered within 6-7 working days. Framed orders are sent out by our specially selected courier partner. Prices and timescales provided upon request due to location.

Please note that we are stating the estimated delivery times, and Sikhi Creations cannot be held accountable for any third-party delays and any disruptions which are beyond our control.

Whilst we will do all we can to ensure your order arrives on time our shipping times are a guide only. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for orders that arrive later than expected as we utilise third party carriers with whom we have no control over and, as with any kind of logistics, delays are common.

Please note: We do not offer split shipping, all items will be sent together in the one parcel. If you require multiple products to be shipped as they become available then please contact us.

Damaged Items

We pack our products in secure packaging, however, on a very rare occasion postal staff can mishandle packages. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please notify both us and the courier service in writing within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) along with a clear photo of the shipping label. We will then send a replacement of the same item(s). We do not provide refunds for damaged items.

Promotional Offers:

Sale prices will be indicated on each product online and in the shopping cart when applicable. Promo codes are not available to use during sale periods. If you’re applying a promo code, please enter this in the appropriate section during checkout. Discounted prices will be live for a limited time only as specified online.  Only one promo code can be used at a time.
