Sikhi Creations have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from when you receive your item(s) to request a return. We reserve the right not to accept item(s) back after this period. Please email us at [email protected] before returning your item(s) and we will explain the returns process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the perfect condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
It is crucial that your order is packaged securely as postal staff may mishandle packages. If the item arrives back to us damaged, we are unable to issue you a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable before ordering.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Exchanges/Refunds:
Along with the returned item please include your name, address, order number along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. We are keen to always improve our products and services; therefore, we kindly request a reason for return.
In the case of an exchange please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. All refunds are processed through the original method of payment used. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Postage will not be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).
Please obtain a receipt when returning items as your proof of return, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
We do not offer a free returns service.
Cancelling an order:
If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by our contact form and emailing us on [email protected] before we have made and dispatched the item(s) to you; or (b) where items(s) have already been dispatched to you, by returning item(s) to us.
